As a certified running coach and yoga teacher, I offer individual coaching and teaching services for both running and yoga, but I also promote yoga for runners of all skill levels.

Training Plan Consultations
Contact us for a free consultation on your needs. During our consultations, you answer a series of questions to shape your personalized running training plan. Together, we develop a training plan that considers your current state, your goals, and whether or how often you want to meet. Our training plans can include personal running sessions, periodic evaluations, and recommendation of specific resources.
